The 6 Legs To Fitness program integrates seamlessly into packed work weeks. It is a way for dog owners to get a workout and include their furry buddies. It makes sense to combine fitness and dog training into one holistic programme. The 6 Legs To Fitness class is about staying healthy, good dog ownership, and having FUN.
Classes are open to all dogs and people alike, all you need is the drive for better health. Classes are 90 minutes in length and are designed to get you in shape. We use push-ups, dips, lunges, squats, core exercises, and stretching to get our bodies strong and healthy. The class also includes a self defence aspect to empower ourselves, and dog management for handling skills with our dogs.
We are not a boot camp and I do not stand on the side while you workout, my motto is
"If I can't do it with you, then why would I get you to do it?"
