I love Pet Social, for a few reasons. It's important to me as a dog owner that i
know the dog store I patron cares for my dog and the owners. Susanne is always very friendly, and truly takes the time to find out what's best for my dog. Pet social is more than a retail store, it truly is a wonderful shopping experience. The decor and atmosphere is inviting and it shows that they take a great deal of pride in presenting wonderful products. Pet Social stands behind great products that they believe in, which is important to me as a dog owner. The pet grooming is also fabulous. Whether it's a full cut, or just need a little nail clippings, they are always very accommodating. Concord City Place, myself and my neighbours who are fellow dog owners, welcome and are very glad that Pet Social has come to our neighbourhood. I highly suggest it! Thank you Pet Social! I will never ever go to another Pet Boutique again in Toronto. Yes it is true that this place has the cutest things & yes it is a regular occurrence to see a few Blue Jays poking around the shop but I have forever sworn my allegiance due to the genuine care and concern that I received with my dog. My dog has suffered allergies for 2 years, the amount of money I have spent on steroids, switching foods etc I thought that there was no 'fixing it" The ladies at Pet Social have really made our life so much easier - one of them is a vet technician and both of them know every food inside out. I was so skeptical that my dog could ever be 'allergy free' I made the jump and have had him on k9 Choice raw for 2 mos (they sell it exclusively in the store to give an idea of how much faith they have in the quality of the product) Between the complete
meal of lama, with the additions of tripe and pancreas my dog has been off all steroids for 3 weeks. These two ladies did for me and my dog what 3 vets and thousands (literally) could not. Also my dog has always hated the grooming process (as much as he hates the veterinarian clinic) but he still likes going to the store. Pet Social is lovely and they add so much care - they only groom 3 dogs a day ALL dogs get a walk half way in the groom, they care about the wellbeing of the animals not about pumping out as many as possible. I am not one of their celebrity clients but I am so grateful that they treat me and my dog as if we were. Chupito

I recently purchased a puppy & Suzanne (the owner of this amazing pet boutique) has been so helpful. The staff are always friendly and there to answer any questions, whether it be over the phone or in-store. I live very close to this boutique & they even delivered some of the items I purchased from there! They offer a wide range of services & training, as well as tons of great products! This is my first dog & I would be lost without everything they have done for me! Definitely worth a visit in the near future!

around the corner. Love the shop because I am able to find fine raw food and snacks for three of my furry babies... Since the Christmas 2011, I have been grooming Max ( havanese ) at home due to the injury and the tramatizing experience Max had to go through at the one of the local pet spa... After consulting Suzanne ( the owner of Pet Social), Max got groomed by Leslie and now Max is looking like a million dollar havanese in town . Most importantly Max was not stressed out due to the grooming. When we got home, Max was all happy and playing with Sky and Maumi. Thanks for all you do for communities and us.". Bruin
When we heard that a pet store was opening up on Fort York were very excited as we live across the street. Pet social is an amazing pet store and its owner Suzanne is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Each time we have gone in Suzanne has been in the store which is great because we are always talking to the same person and she now "knows" Bruin our 7 month old puppy. Bruin loves
going in to visit and I always have to drag him out because he loves being there so much with Suzanne and her puppy Spirit. We are currently taking Pet Social's 8 week training courses and WOW the difference 3 weeks in! Pet Social has been opened a couple of months now and believe me if you own a pet you will not be disappointed with Suzanne or Pet social! |
